Terms and Conditions of Service

Article 1
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe rights, obligations, responsibilities, etc. of the company and its users in connection with the use of contents and various services provided by the company.

Article 2
① The contents of these terms and conditions will be effective as they are posted on the service screen and the user agrees.

② The company may change these terms and conditions if reasonable reasons arise, and if the terms and conditions are changed, it shall disclose them at least seven days in the same way as in paragraph 1.

③ If a new service is launched, it will be provided under this Agreement unless otherwise specified.

④ Matters or interpretations not specified in this Agreement shall be governed by the relevant statutes or correlations, such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 3
The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:

① Member : This refers to a user who enters into a service contract with the company in accordance with these terms and conditions and uses the service.

② Contents : All contents (including but not limited to text, voice, video, and network services) provided by the company to the members for the service.

③ Password : A combination of letters or numbers set by the member himself to protect the member's confidentiality.

④ Service suspension: To suspend service provision for a certain period of time in accordance with certain requirements set by the company during normal use.

⑤ Termination: The cancellation of a service contract by the company or a member after the service is opened.

⑥ Personal information: Information about an individual that can be identified by his/her name and date of birth (including cases that can be identified in combination with other information).

Article 4
① The service use contract is concluded when the person who intends to become a member (hereinafter referred to as the "applicant") agrees to this Agreement and applies for membership and the company accepts it. If necessary, the company can real name verification and identification through the identification agency.

② If an applicant has lost his or her membership before, if he or she requires false or other person's name, or if there are other reasons for not being able to accept, approval of the service contract may be denied.

③ The company may withhold the acceptance of the service contract due to other technical or business reasons, and inform the applicant of the result.

Article 5
① Applicants can apply for the service by filling out and submitting the registration form in the service user registration.

② The service contract is established with the consent of the company for the member's user registration.

③ In the following cases, the consent of the applicant may be restricted, and the consent may be withheld until this reason is resolved.
    - Insufficient capacity for service-related facilities.
    - If there is a technical problem
    - In the event of any other unavoidable circumstances


④ The applicant shall observe the following:
    - It should not be written in someone else's name.
    - The contents of the application form should match the current facts.
    - Do not apply for any purpose that impairs the well-being, order, or customs of society.
    - Any changes to the registration form or its contents should be updated with complete information consistent with the current facts.
    - Service use may be restricted if the information provided by the applicant is incorrect or does not match the current facts, or if there is a reasonable reason to suspect that the information is restricted.


Article 6
① In order for a member to use the service, he/she shall open a service account (hereinafter referred to as "account"), provide accurate information when he/she opens the account, and update it if there is any change in the information.

② In order to prevent indiscriminate creation of accounts in a dishonest way, the company provides link functions for SNS subscriptions such as e-mail authentication, phone number authentication, or Facebook equivalent thereto. Account information is not disclosed to other members except the members themselves in the service.

③ This service supports only one account per member.

④ The members can view and modify their information through the profile screen in the service.

⑤ The company prohibits the following:
    - The act of impersonating another person by selecting or using the person's name.
    - The act of infringing on a party's rights by using the name of a person or organization other than himself/herself without proper permission;
    - The act of displeasing others or displeasing others by using vulgar or obscene names.


⑥ The member shall be responsible for the management of the account, and the member shall not let a third party know or use information about the account.

⑦ If a member recognizes that his or her account has been stolen or used by a third party, he or she shall notify the company immediately and follow the company's instructions. The company shall not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by the failure to notify the company or the guidance.

⑧ The company shall not be liable for any loss incurred by the members due to unauthorized theft of the account. However, the member may be liable for damages caused by unauthorized theft of the account by the company or others. However, this is not the case when the member has no fault.

Article 7
① In the following cases, the company may require the member ID to be changed ex officio or may change the member ID upon the member's application:
     - Where the member's ID is registered in the member's phone number, date of birth, e-mail, etc., which may infringe on the member's privacy;
     - To cause disgust to others or impede the good customs of others.
     - Other reasonable reasons given by the company

② If the member's information entered at the time of application is changed, the member shall directly modify it online and may request the administrator to correct it. At this time, the member is responsible for any problems caused by the unaltered information.

Article 8
① When a member intends to terminate the service contract, he/she shall apply for cancellation through the service or e-mail.

② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the company may restrict or suspend membership:
     - Where false information is registered at the time of application for membership.
     - In the case of threatening the electronic transaction order, such as obstructing other people's service use or stealing such information.
     - In case the company interferes with its operations, such as changing the information provided.
     - Where the Act and these Terms and Conditions prohibit the operation of the Company, such as changing the information provided, or act contrary to the custom.


③ If the reason is not corrected after the company suspends its membership, the company may lose its membership.

④ If the company loses its membership, cancel the membership. In this case, you will be notified and given the opportunity to explain before you cancel your membership.

⑤ The company may restrict its consent for a certain period of time if a member whose membership is lost and registration is canceled applies for use again.

Article 9

② In principle, the service is 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day. However, all or part of the service may be suspended due to business or technical reasons, or all or part of the service may be suspended during the period set by the company for operational purposes. ③ The company may separately determine the hours available for each service, and in such cases, the company shall notify the details thereof in advance.

Article 10
The basic contents of the company's services to members are as follows.
     - Artist's video, etc. : Video, image, text, sound, link, etc. may be provided.
     - In-program interaction function: Real-time chatting between video users and invitation between users can be provided.
     - Advertisement in Program: Advertisements in the service may be posted.
     - Other additional services[/br]

Article 11
Most of the services provided by the company are free of charge, but some paid services require payment of the charges indicated in each service.

Article 12
① The company may change all or part of the services provided according to operational technology and procedural needs, and the company shall not compensate the members unless otherwise provided.

② If the service is changed, the reason, date, and details of the change are notified on the notice board 7 days before the change. However, if it is difficult to announce the reason for the change or the contents, explain the reason.

Article 13
① The company may post advertisements, etc. at locations designated by the company, such as service screens, in relation to the operation of the service.

② The member shall not interfere with any other advertisement provided by the company, such as arbitrary deletion or slander.

③ The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the member's participation in the advertiser's promotional activities posted on the service or as a result of the transaction.

Article 14
The company may supplement or delete any postings or contents of the service without prior notice or consent if they violate the regulations or exceed the period of posting.

Article 15
In the case of free service, the company may modify or suspend all or part of the service at any time as required by the company. In this case, the company shall notify the members immediately through e-mail, Internet homepage, or application.

Article 16
① The company shall maintain and maintain the service provision facilities in an operable state at all times, except in extenuating circumstances, and shall do its best to provide the service stably.

② The company shall immediately deal with any complaints of the members related to the service, and shall notify the members of the cause and the schedule of handling them by service or e-mail if it is difficult to handle them immediately.

Article 17
① The members shall comply with the relevant statutes, the provisions of this Agreement, the precautions announced in the service, and the company's notification, and shall not interfere with the company's business.

② The member shall not engage in any profit-making activities by using the service without prior consent of the company, and shall not distribute or publish materials that violate the law.

③ The member is responsible for maintaining his/her ID and password, except where the company is responsible, and is fully responsible for all consequences arising from the use of his/her ID and password. In addition, if your ID and password are used without your consent, you must notify the company immediately.

④ The member shall not do the following with respect to the service:
     - The act of copying, duplicating, altering, translating, publishing, broadcasting, transmitting, displaying, or providing information obtained using the service to others without prior consent from the company
     - An act that harms social order, such as posting obscene materials on services and bulletin boards, linking pornographic sites, or distributing them
     - The act of defaming or insulting others, or infringing on the rights of others' intellectual property, etc.
     - The act of continuously transmitting certain contents, such as hacking or distributing computer viruses, and advertising information against the will of others.
     - The act of fraudulently using the ID of another member.
     - the act of collecting and storing personal information of other members.
     - The act of impersonating others, including other members, companies, employees, family members, etc.
     - The act of forging the sender of content sent through the service.
     - stalking through service, other acts of bullying others
     - Any act that is likely to interfere with or cause a disruption to the operation of the service, or any other act in violation of the relevant statutes;


Article 18
The member shall not transfer the right to use the service or other service contract status to another person and shall not provide it as collateral.

Article 19
① All rights and responsibilities, including copyrights to postings, belong to the posted member and the company has the right to publish them in the service.

② The company shall not be responsible for the contents and results of the member's posting or posting on the service, and may arbitrarily delete the posts in the following cases:
     - In the case of slander, violation of privacy, or damage to the honor of others.
     - In case of violation of public order and customs.
     - In the event of a disruption or concern to the stable operation of the service.
     - If the content is deemed to be related to a criminal act
     - In the case of infringing on the company's intellectual property rights, intellectual property rights of others, etc.
     - In case the contents are posted for other commercial purposes, such as advertising a specific product.
     - Unauthorized modification of the entered information.
     - In the case of stealing the member ID and password of another member.
     - Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant statutes.


Article 20
① No matter what damage occurs to the members in connection with the free service provided by the company, the company shall not be held liable for such damage except in the case of serious negligence by the company.

② The company shall not be held liable for the goods or services handled by its affiliates.

Article 21
① The company shall not guarantee any information, data, accuracy, reliability, etc. posted or transmitted by the member through the service and shall not be liable for damages caused by the selection or use of the member's service data.

② The company shall not be liable for damages caused by profit or loss or data obtained through the service that the member expects to use the service.

③ The company is not obliged to intervene in disputes arising between members or between members and third parties through the medium of service, nor is it liable to compensate for such damages.

④ The company shall be exempted from responsibility in the event of a failure in the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the member.

⑤ In the event of a loss to the company due to a violation of the provisions of this Agreement, the member who violates this Agreement shall compensate for all damages incurred to the company and shall indemnify the company from such damages.

⑥ The company may impose restrictions on general use, such as the length of time during which bulletin boards provided by the service are held, the maximum size of posts that can be sent and received, and the maximum disk space allocated to the members. You can also revoke an inactive ID for a period of time.

Article 22
① The company and its members shall make every effort necessary to smoothly resolve disputes arising from the service.

② If a lawsuit is filed in spite of all efforts, the jurisdiction of the company's headquarters shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 23
All legal issues arising from the use of services by members shall be governed by the relevant statutes of the Republic of Korea.
